This is a vintage, not reproduction, original Holtzman Inkblot Plate from Wayne Holtzman's projective psychological test developed in 1958-1961. This plate was published as part of his forty-seven plate set in 1958. 
The test was conceived by Wayne H. Holtzman and his colleagues, for projective personality analysis aimed at addressing some controversial issues surrounding the more widely known, Rorschach Inkblot Test. 

This is an EXTREMELY RARE find and will be an amazing addition to any oddities collection.
